IT Analyst - Customer Service (Bandung)
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (IT), Information System (IS), or Engineering majors, with minimum GPA 3.00
English communication skills (good in both written & verbal)
Gadgets: knowledge (willing to learn and explore) of operating and configuring new technology gadgets (eg: iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, etc)
Extensive knowledge in Windows7, Windows10, and MS Office: install, configuration, troubleshoot
Customer service attitude: patience, solution-oriented, able to work under pressure
Highly mobile (will be required to travel)
Willing to be placed in Bandung
Your Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for users by providing solutions, workarounds, advice and/or recommendations in a quick and timely manner
Provide high quality customer services through courteous, prompt and accurate communication
Be a “front-liner” to absorb users complaints, as facilitator among IT team and users
Proactively advertise/socialize technology/features of EUC Service
